Drippi and Sustainability
Some company profess to be sustainable but that can just mean that they use a recycling bin in their office for their waste paper. Well we take sustainability serious that is why we use Gelato a company that makes our garments the country in what it is ordered and ships from there. This hugely reduces the carbon footprint as shipping is greatly reduce at the garment is just shipped
locally and not from the far east.
Also some of our garments are made from Organic Cotton. But what is Organic Cotton? Organic cotton is grown using methods and materials that have a low impact on the environment. Organic production systems replenish and maintain soil fertility, reduce the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and fertilizers, and build biologically diverse agriculture. Third-party certification organizations verify that organic producers use only methods and materials allowed in organic production. Organic cotton is grown without the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. In addition, federal regulations prohibit the use of genetically engineered seed for organic farming.
So as you can see even our garments manufacture help the environment.
